The Festival Of Light - Member Exclusive Evening - 6 November 2026
Join us for our special preview night for The Festival of Light. 2026 brings longer opening hours – from 1pm – and for the first time on this exclusive evening, Santa Trains will be operating just for you plus you will be the first to see the spectacular lanterns. The theme for next year will be announced in the spring.
Your ticket includes:
- Themed lanterns
- The Santa Train will run from 1.30pm to 6pm (pre-booking required)
- Festive attractions including the Enchanted Christmas Tree Show
- A whole host of attractions to explore including Adventure Castle, Rockin’ Rhino and the Hedge Maze
Pre-booking tickets online in advance is essential. Please ensure you bring your valid membership card(s) on the day of your visit.
Need to know
- Tickets are valid for Friday 6th November 2026 only.
- Tickets to the Member Exclusive Evening give you access to Longleat from 1pm - 7.30pm.
- The Festival of Light has a limited number of tickets available. Pre-booking tickets online in advance is essential.
- Our Drive-Through Safari is not included with Member Exclusive Evening tickets, as it will be closed on this date.
- Longleat House will be closed on this date.
- The lanterns are switched on at around 4pm each day and are outside so please wrap up warm.
- Please note, select Main Square attractions, such as the Lorikeet Aviary, Boat Safari, Adventure Castle and The Hedge Maze, will close before the Park does, according to light levels, from 3pm. These attractions are not open in the dark.
- The Walking Safari will close at 4pm (This may close earlier depending on light levels)
- Essential Companion tickets are available free if the person being accompanied has either an Access Card or a Longleat Digital Access Pass with a +1 symbol. For Access Card information, please visit our Accessibility page. Regrettably, we are unable to provide free entry without an Access Card or Digital Access Pass.
- Longleat will open in most weather conditions. In the unlikely event that Longleat must close due to extreme weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, then you will be contacted via the email address you used to make your booking to advise you on next steps.
