The Festival of Light 2026 - Twilight Ticket

Make it a Christmas to remember at The Festival of Light 2026.

Let our lanterns take the spotlight and enjoy our festive attractions and lantern scenes from 4pm.

Your ticket includes: 

  • An outdoor trail of stunning lantern scenes
  • Festive attractions including the Enchanted Christmas Tree Show 
  • Family-fun attractions including Rockin’ Rhino (last entry 7pm)
  • Enjoy the park from 4pm - 7.30pm

Sensory Day (8 November 2026) – this day is open to all to enjoy The Festival of Light with reduced numbers on the park, on board the Santa Train and Safari Bus as well as fewer numbers on House Tours. Music will be switched off and lights  will be visible in daylight as well as nighttime.

Need to know

  • The Festival of Light has a limited number of tickets available. Pre-booking tickets online in advance is essential.
  • Tickets give you access to the Park and The Festival of Light until 7.30pm.
  • The lanterns are switched on at around 4pm each day and are outside so please wrap up warm. 
  • Please note, select Main Square attractions, such as the Lorikeet Aviary, Boat Safari, Adventure Castle and The Hedge Maze, will close before the Park does, from 3.30pm according to light levels. These attractions are not open in the dark.
  • Animal Adventure will close at 4pm according to light levels
  • Essential Companion tickets are available free if the person being accompanied has either an Access Card or a Longleat Digital Access Pass with a +1 symbol. For Access Card information, please visit our Accessibility page. Regrettably, we are unable to provide free entry without an Access Card or Digital Access Pass.
  • Longleat will open in most weather conditions. In the unlikely event that Longleat must close due to extreme weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, then you will be contacted via the email address you used to make your booking to advise you on next steps.
