Enjoy a precious family moment with the animals of Family Farmyard. Before the park has opened, you’ll be whisked away with an expert animal keeper who will introduce you to the fun and exotic residents. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in feeding them breakfast, giving them a morning groom and letting them out for the day.

You’ll meet amusing emus, cheeky goats, gentle donkeys, charismatic reindeer and more as you learn all about their routines, personalities and captivating animal facts from your dedicated keeper.

This is our first and only VIP Experience with no age limit, so groups with preschool and young children are welcome to participate (all guests must be included in the group size, excluding babes in arms).

This experience is available to book as a group of four (at least one participant must be an adult). You may select up to two additional guests to increase to a group of six. The experience is exclusive, so you will not share it with any other VIP guests.

On the day

• The Family Farmyard experience is generally filled up around two weeks in advance. If you have a specific date in mind, please check the availability calendar above before
• making your purchase. Availability may fluctuate depending on time of year, particularly during school holiday breaks.
• Age: There is no age limit for the experience, children and families of all ages are welcomed so long as at least one adult is participating in the experience.
• Based on NHS guidelines, this experience is not recommended for pregnant guests do to close interaction with sheep, goats and other farmyard animals.
• Meet at VIP Meeting Point 2, The Hub in the Main Square, 15 minutes before your tour begins. The experience is not yet wheelchair or pushchair accessible; please contact us and we can provide more details.
• This experience is exclusive, so you will not share it with any other VIP guests. It is designed for a group of four, but up to two additional guests may be added (additional fee applies).
• Please dress appropriately for your experience, such as sturdy footwear. Your experience may be messy!

• Duration: 30 minutes (with extra time to get to Family Farmyard from the Meeting Point)
