On the day

• The Giant Otter VIP Experience is generally filled up around 2 weeks in advance. If you have a specific date in mind, please check the availability calendar above before making your purchase – availability may fluctuate depending on the time of year.
• Age: 10 Years and over. Children up to, and including, the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult who also has a VIP voucher.
• Meet at VIP Meeting Point 2, The Hub in the Main Square, 15 minutes before your tour begins.
• Your experience may be shared with other VIP guests – Maximum of 2 people.
• Please note: This is not suitable for anyone with an allergy to Fish
