Meet Koala Creek’s fascinating collection of marvellous marsupials. You’ll visit Koala Creek before the park is open to the public and go behind the scenes with our keepers who will offer lots of exciting information and knowledge about these amazing animals.

You’ll go inside the koalas’ enclosure for an unrivalled experience; imagine the photo ops with England’s only koalas!

You'll be helping to share the conservation message of their Australian relations, and you'll also be introduced to Ellie the hairy-nosed wombat.

Please note you will not be able to touch, hold or feed the koalas during your VIP experience.

On the day

• The Koala Creek VIP Tour is exceptionally popular and are only available for dated purchases. If you have a specific date in mind, please check the calendar for available spaces – availability may fluctuate depending on the time of year.
• Age: 8 years and over. Children up to, and including, the age of 15 years must be accompanied by an adult who also has a VIP voucher.
• Meet at VIP Meeting Point 2, The Hub in the Main Square, 15 minutes before your tour begins.
• Your experience may be shared with another VIP guest – maximum of 2 people.
